課程概述 |
隨著科技不斷進步，人口老化加快，醫療費用上升，醫療品質要求提高，醫療機構持續引進各論理論，來因應此生態的改變。醫院資訊化，是一精簡有效率的一種方式，但如何讓醫院同仁接納不產生抗拒，與管理階層能相輔相成，是本課程所需要探討的目標。
Since the advancement of the technology and the incensement of aged persons, health service fees and service quality, hospital institute continuously incorporates a variety of theory and practice to struggle for the change of the healthcare environment. That the hospital introduces the information technology is an efficient way, but it encounters the resistance of staff and doctors. How to seamlessly introduce the information technology and aid the management smoothly is the topic of this course.

課程目標 |
課程含概從醫院引進資訊化的演進與發展、醫院資訊系統概述，到與政府相關之健保申報系統概述、電子病歷交換，以及熱門的長期照護資訊系統與養生村資訊系統，讓學生有具備醫療資訊管理的能力。
The course covers a lot of topics, from the evolution and development of hospital information system to government-related system, like reimbursement system and exchange of the patient records, to the hot topic of long-term care system and elder home stay system. Through this course, the students can equip themselves with the required ability of medical informatics
